2020 Western Conference on Safety Cancelled
At 3:45pm, March 12, 2020, The British Columbia Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry and the BC Provincial Health Minister Adrian Dix, directed that all gatherings of more than 250 people be cancelled. The 2020 Western Conference on Safety is a gathering of over 1100 people. Accordingly, and as directed, the 2020 Western Conference on Safety and post event courses are now cancelled.
The Western Conference on Safety is the largest Occupational Health & Safety Conference in Western Canada. 2020 will be the 25th Annual running of this well known conference. 2020 will feature 2 keynote presentations, 20 conference seminars, 5 post conference courses and 80 safety trade show booths.
Each year the conference steering committee travels across Canada and the USA to find the most interesting, latest and best sessions and best speakers and works hard to bring them to Vancouver. If you only go to one conference in 2020 make it this one!
Road Safety at Work representatives will be on site and participating in the trade show.
We invite you to stop by our booth to chat about the road safety challenges your organization faces, and the resources and consulting services we can provide to help solve them. Enter your name and you could win a roadside safety kit that includes a free subscription to one year of road side assistance. We look forward to seeing you there.
