Road Safety at Work Week is a time to take action to improve the safety of employees who drive for work.
Improving road safety is important because for many employers, work-related driving is the most dangerous task their employees perform. Taking steps to reduce the risks to your employees when they drive for work will help you keep them safer, keep your costs down and keep your vehicles on the road.
How to participate
There are three easy steps to participating in Road Safety at Work Week:
- Register by March 9, 2018.
- Choose an activity to improve road safety in your organization. The website has great ideas supported by useful resources to help you.
- Return to the website by March 19 and tell us which activity you did. You will receive a certificate of participation and be eligible for one of three $250 prizes to share with your team.
Given that some activities may take longer than a week to complete, as long as you tell us they are underway by March 19, you will be eligible for a prize.
